Ankormed (“Ankormed SA”, “nosotros”) se compromete a proteger su privacidad. Esta Política
describe cómo recopilamos, usamos y compartimos información personal mediante
ankormed.com, formularios, agentes de IA, y comunicaciones por canales como WhatsApp y
otras integraciones de Meta.

  1. Información que recopilamos
    a) Información que usted proporciona:
    ● Nombre, correo, teléfono, empresa, país/ciudad (según aplique).
    ● Datos enviados por chats, WhatsApp, formularios, solicitudes de cotización o agenda.
    ● Mensajes, archivos o información que usted comparta en conversaciones.
    b) Información recopilada automáticamente:
    ● Datos técnicos (por ejemplo: tipo de navegador, IP, dispositivo).
    ● Datos de uso (páginas visitadas, tiempo de navegación, eventos).

    c) Información desde plataformas de Meta (si aplica):
    ● Información del perfil y el contenido de mensajes compartidos mediante WhatsApp u
    otras integraciones, en la medida permitida y con base en su
    interacción/consentimiento.
  2. Cómo usamos su información
    Podemos usar su información para:
    ● Responder consultas, brindar soporte y dar seguimiento.
    ● Preparar cotizaciones y coordinar pedidos/servicios (cuando aplique).
    ● Operar y mejorar nuestros agentes de IA y sistemas automatizados (calidad, seguridad,
    entrenamiento operativo interno y mejora del servicio).
    ● Enviar comunicaciones operativas o informativas relacionadas con su solicitud.
    ● Enviar comunicaciones comerciales cuando corresponda y usted lo permita (usted
    puede solicitar dejar de recibirlas).
    ● Cumplir obligaciones legales y requisitos de plataformas.
  3. Compartición de información
    No vendemos su información personal. Podremos compartir información únicamente cuando
    sea necesario con:
    ● Proveedores y encargados que prestan servicios (hosting, CRM, analítica,
    automatización, mensajería).
    ● Plataformas de mensajería e integraciones técnicas (incluyendo Meta/WhatsApp) para
    habilitar funcionalidades.

    Conservamos datos solo el tiempo necesario para los fines descritos o para cumplir

    En integraciones de Meta, también puede revocar permisos desde la configuración de
    su cuenta; esto no necesariamente elimina datos ya recibidos por Ankormed (para eso
    use la solicitud por correo).
  6. Seguridad
    Aplicamos medidas razonables para proteger la información (controles de acceso y buenas
    prácticas de seguridad). Aun así, ningún sistema es infalible.
  7. Transferencias internacionales
    Algunos proveedores pueden procesar datos fuera de Guatemala. Procuramos trabajar con
    proveedores que apliquen prácticas de seguridad adecuadas.
  8. Cambios a esta política
    Podemos actualizar esta Política periódicamente. La versión vigente estará disponible en la
    página de legales de Ankormed.

    (email us for deletion).

    We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information (access controls and security
    best practices). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
